Melissa Daniels is a STAT teacher at Lyons Mill Elementary in the Baltimore County Public Schools. In this role, she works as a professional development teacher, instructional coach, and mentor. She has taught for 18 years in both Maryland and Pennsylvania. Teaching experiences include grades 2, 4, 5, and 6 as well as Technology Integration and her current STAT position. Melissa has also served as a curriculum writer and presented at a several conferences including Maryland Common Ground, Maryland Educators of Gifted Students, National Science Teachers Association STEM Forum, and National Council of Teachers of English.

Katie Cox is a Blended Learning Resource teacher in the BCPS Office of Innovation & Digital Safety in Baltimore County Maryland. As a resource teacher, Katie serves as an instructional coach providing professional development to support instructional coaches, teachers, and schools across the county. Katie has a B.A.E. in Early Childhood Education from Coastal Carolina University and an M.Ed. in Reading Instruction and Development from Loyola University in Maryland. During her fourteen years of teaching Katie has worked as a 2nd grade teacher, Kindergarten teacher, Technology Integration teacher, Instructional Coach, and she currently works as a resource teacher, supporting the implementation of Blended Learning in Baltimore County Public Schools.
